Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join Lounge Outlet In this role, you’ll take ownership of your kitchen section, delivering beautifully executed dishes that reflect Nobu’s world-renowned standards. You’ll lead by example during service, support junior chefs and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up, refine their leadership skills and make their mark within a globally respected luxury lifestyle brand.

You will
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest Nobu standards, ensuring consistency and quality at all times
  • Oversee your section during service, ensuring smooth operation and attention to detail
  • Follow Nobu recipes and procedures precisely, managing quantities and presentation
  • Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and allergen standards throughout the kitchen
  • Ensure your station is clean, organised and fully prepared for service
  • Receive and store deliveries correctly, maintaining quality and rotation standards
  • Monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
  • Support, train and welcome new team members, helping them settle and develop
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the kitchen and wider hotel
  • Attend briefings and meetings, sharing ideas and contributing to continual improvement
  • Provide warm, attentive service that enhances the guest dining experience
  • Uphold Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive approach, especially during busy services
  • Suggest improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and guest satisfaction
About You

You are an experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie with a strong technical foundation and high personal standards. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and take pride in leading your section with confidence and calm. With a strong sense of teamwork, attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, you consistently deliver food that reflects care, skill and precision.
