Location: Remote

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + circa £18,000 in OTE

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

Job Description

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead sales across the UK and Europe, identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You'll manage your own diary, plan travel, and negotiate deals at all levels. This role involves regular international travel and requires a proactive, self-driven approach.

Duties:

* Lead generation and market research

* Full sales cycle management

* Strategic journey planning

* Tender submission and completion

* KPI and target achievement

* Exploring new routes to market

Person Specification:

* Experience in leisure, education, or hospitality sales

* Proven success with high-value projects

* Strong negotiation skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Well-connected with relevant customer base

* Confident with basic IT systems
