Client Services Manager

Salary: Starting salary £40k PA

Cranfield (but will include travel to meet with potential and existing clients)

My client provided client feedback services to professional services firms. We are looking for an experienced manager who has hands-on experience managing client insight programmes, and who is seeking a new opportunity to join my client's business as it enters its next growth phase.

The three priorities of this role are to:

* Deliver first class research services and excellent customer service.

* Supporting revenue growth (Sales & Clients).

* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external client contacts to deliver client projects.

Experience would be useful within a B2B capacity, such as Account Management/Client services, conducting interviews and translating them, and of analysing data and writing reports.
