In this role, you will be an integral part in the transformation of the company’s corporate university programs. In addition to partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to create and implement effective organizational development solutions, you will also play a key role in developing innovative performance evaluation processes and new leadership development programs.

Job Knowledge Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
Minimum of three years of progressive experience in organizational development, training design, or related fields.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide project management support.
Background in human resources and talent development.
Experience developing a corporate university.
Advanced computer skills and in-depth experience with applicable software programs.
Experience with an LMS. Experience with Adobe Storyline a plus.
Ability to work full time, onsite in Reston, VA.
Special consideration will be granted for candidates holding a Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Experience with administering psychometric assessments.
