Position: PE Teacher 

Location: Redbridge 

Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS 

Contract: Fixed Term 

Smart Teachers is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in East London. This is a full-time role offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3-KS4

Inspire students to participate in sport, fitness, and healthy lifestyles

Contribute to the extracurricular life of the school through clubs, fixtures, and events

Work collaboratively within a well-established PE department

Start date: as soon as possible

The Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong subject knowledge in PE and ability to deliver a range of sports

A team player with excellent communication skills

Committed to raising achievement and fostering a positive learning environment

Open to male and female applicants
