Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Central London

Since their inception in 2017 our client has grown 3 respectable teams within Cybersecurity, Salesforce, and ERP - they have opened up offices in London, Germany and the US!

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - the Opportunity:

• £25k salary + uncapped commission (up to 40%) - Year 1 OTE: £40k
• High performing, growing team - average billing £300k
• Personally tailored 8-week module training and an in-office learning and development team to help you daily! Training goes all the way up to director level & award-winning management training structure.
• Flexibility after probation (WFH Wednesdays)
• Opportunity to relocate to the US or Germany.
• No KPIs!

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Ideal Profile:

• They want to continue the growth of our diverse team and are open to a range of backgrounds, whether you went to university or didn’t or have sales experience or not - we still want to speak with you!
• Preferred: 2:1 or above from top university
• Preferred: B2B sales experience - e.g., door2door / estate agency etc.
• Personality is a must - they are a group of fun, confident, social and highly energetic individuals, they are looking for bubbly, charismatic and outgoing characters!
• Competitive sport experience - team sports ideal or played up to a high level
• Must understand what recruitment is and be aware of what the role entails
• Life experience, travelled, always worked, partaken in sport or extra circular etc.
• Someone who has the right drivers, motivations and resilience to do a career within sales and throw themselves into it!
