AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a world-class, seasoned leader to manage our team at the Call Center.
As Call Center Director, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our team at the AAA Call Center. You will lead operations and ensure top quality responses to member questions. You will hire, train, coach and evaluate team members while ensuring that it remains a positive and productive work culture. You will monitor department sales goals, develop and implement policies and practices; and oversee a budget.
