Role: Cut & Crease Operator - Cartons Manufacturing

Kaizen Global Group Ltd is partnering with a leading Cartons company to recruit a dedicated Cut & Crease Operator on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with BOBST 142 or similar machinery and will play a vital role in maintaining efficient production lines.

Responsibilities:

* Provide continuous and effective service within the department, ensuring key tasks are completed.

* Maximise machine efficiencies and product quality while minimising waste.

* Adhere to all quality systems, procedures, and health & safety standards.

* Maintain good housekeeping around the machine and follow specific maintenance schedules and work practices.

* Work effectively as part of a cohesive team, supporting a safe and productive working environment.

* Ensure compliance with ISO quality, hygiene, health & safety, and environmental standards.

* Organise the workspace to high standards of cleanliness and safety, reporting hazards promptly.

* Develop skills and working practices aligned with world-class manufacturing standards.

* Maintain effective service levels for the Cut and Crease machine to enable continuous operation.

* Undertake routine mechanical adjustments, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance, escalating serious issues to management as necessary.

Working Pattern:

Alternating shifts on a 28-day cycle:

* 3 days day shifts (6am-6pm)

* 3 days off

* 3 nights shifts (6pm-6am)

* 8 days off

* Repeat the cycle
