The Role
As a Mathematics Early Career Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and accelerate student progress.

Differentiate learning to support students of all abilities, including SEND and EAL learners.

Create a positive, purposeful classroom environment that promotes high standards and strong behaviour for learning.

Work closely with experienced colleagues within a supportive Maths department.

Contribute to curriculum enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities, such as maths clubs or competitions.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds or will achieve QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) by September 2026.

Has a strong academic background in Mathematics or a related subject.

Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Maths.
