I'm currently partnering with an award-winning, fast-growing media agency that's looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their dynamic team. 💰 Salary: £37,000-£42,000 + bonus scheme + benefits
🕒 Type: Full-time, permanent
As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the key link between the agency and its clients, managing a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts. You'll oversee onboarding, campaign delivery, and ongoing strategic engagement, ensuring performance meets (and exceeds) expectations.
You'll also collaborate across departments-Creative, Digital, Strategy, and Media Buying-to drive client success through well-executed marketing campaigns.

- Proven experience in account management or client services
- Ideally some exposure to marketing/media environments
- Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and campaigns
- First-rate communication and presentation skills
