About the School: Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a dedicated SEND school in Liverpool, catering to 250 pupils aged 2-11 years across two sites. The school supports children with:

• Severe Learning Difficulties
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties
• Complex Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Role Overview: The school is seeking several enthusiastic HLTA's passionate about working with children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct learning intervention activities with individuals or small groups.
• Provide PPA and cover supervision.
• Support subject or aspect leaders in developing school-wide provision.
• Line manage designated LSA apprentices.

Candidate Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of severe learning difficulties and early childhood development.
• HLTA Qualification (or Early Career Teacher status).
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
