Are you an experienced Second Charge / Secured Loan Advisor looking to join a business that genuinely values quality advice, compliance, and customer outcomes?

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused advisor to join our Bolton-based team.

As a Secured Loan Advisor, you will guide customers through the second charge lending journey, ensuring advice is compliant, tailored, and in their best interests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Conducting initial security and Data Protection (DPA) checks

* Reviewing detailed fact-finds to fully understand customers' financial circumstances

* Gaining consent and carrying out credit searches using system scripts

* Matching customers with the most suitable lender and product based on their needs

* Managing the full advice process, including documentation and paperwork

Essential experience and qualifications:

* Proven experience in second charge / secured loans in an advisory role

* A strong track record in a target-driven environment

* CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 completed

* Solid understanding of FCA regulation, DPA, and AML

* Confident user of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

* Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
