We're working with a highly respected Scottish law firm that is looking to add a skilled Debt Recovery Paralegal to their established litigation team. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Handling a caseload of debt recovery matters from initial instruction through to enforcement.

Drafting legal documents including court papers, letters before action, and settlement agreements.

Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.

*

Monitoring and progressing cases in line with court deadlines and procedures.

*

Advising clients on the debt recovery process under Scottish law.

✅ What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in debt recovery within a legal setting — ideally with Sheriff Court experience.

A solid working knowledge of Scottish civil litigation procedures.

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A confident communicator who can manage client expectations with professionalism and clarity.

Comfortable using legal case management systems and working independently.
