The client is a well-known service provider, you will be providing maintenance to a listed building in Westminster, its a static role, Monday to Friday

Description

You will work as part of a team of four technicians based in Westminster.

The role is varied; diagnosing faults and carrying out maintenance of critical building service plant such as Air Handling units, motors and pumps, switchgear, inverters etc, installing new items on occasions, mentoring apprentices etc.

Profile

NVQ Level 3 minimum
Significant experience of maintaining mechanical or electrical services including (depending on discipline):
Boilers (steam would be an advantage), main chillers, large air handling systems, pumps, compressed air, low voltage switchgear and motor controls (incl 3 phase), single and three phase distribution boards, UPS systemsJob Offer
