Job Title: Bench Joiner - Timber Windows and Door Fabrication

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per year
Location: Orpington (must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner with a strong background in timber window and door fabrication. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality bespoke timber products using both manual and CNC joinery machinery.

Essential Experience:

Prior joinery workshop experience operating heavy joinery machinery

*

Proficiency with SOUKUP or MASTERWOOD machinery (or similar CNC systems)

*

Skilled in fabricating windows and doors using hardwood, softwood, and Accoya

Desirable Experience:

Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations

*

Strong maths skills for accurate measuring and calculations

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery to fabricate components to specification

*

Interpret technical drawings and job orders

*

Use hand tools for assembly and finishing

*

Conduct quality control checks

*

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
