We are currently looking for a reliable and professional 7.5 Tonne Driver on behalf of our client based in Aylesham, delivering and collecting sterilised surgical supplies to and from NHS sites.
This is a vital role supporting healthcare services, ensuring essential surgical equipment is delivered safely, securely, and on time.
The Role
As a 7.5T Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering sterilised surgical instruments and medical supplies to NHS hospitals and healthcare sites
Collecting used surgical equipment for return to the sterilisation facility
Ensuring all goods are transported safely and in compliance with health and safety standards
Completing delivery documentation accurately
Maintaining high standards of professionalism when representing the company on NHS premises
Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy
This is a physically active role that may involve manual handling.

Requirements
Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation
Strong reliability and timekeeping
