Senior Relationship Manager Location San Antonio, TX Top skills candidates need to have experience with bull ExtensiveComplex Trust Administration experience- 8 plus years-ability to read and apply legal documents to the administration of accounts bull Knowledge of and ability to apply trust, estate and individual tax laws bull Flexible and efficient time management skills, ability to prioritize and re prioritize based on trust account needs bull Extensive knowledge of investments Top 3 Technology tools that this resource must have knowledge using bull word processingtyping skills bull Basic excel bull Trust Desk or other trust software experience helpful (FCI, SCI OR any other Trust Accounting System) bull 5 plus years with complex trustinvestment experience bull Ability to proficiently use trust accounting software bull Ability to communicate clearly and writedocument clearly about legal and financial matters related to trust administration (various formats-Word, InfoPath forms, Salesforce forms, Outlook, phone) bull Ability to read procedures and apply them to situations understanding the trust business involves many unique exceptions that cannot or may not be fully included in procedures. Day to day Responsibilities bull Member contact (inbound and outbound) for administration of trust accounts - annual trust administrative reviews, investment conversations, tax conversations, legal conversations, discretionary action conversations bull Gathering, documenting, presenting and facilitating discretionary actions on behalf of trust beneficiaries bull Discussing investment performance of accounts and documenting appropriate investment allocations for trust and individual needs bull Answer and initiate member phone calls respond appropriately, accurately, thoroughly to member needs bull Document calls, requests and actions taken bull Complete Investment, administration and other necessary activities for trust and investment accounts bull Review and understand trustlegal documents bull Handle 50 client accounts and manage relationships with clients EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
