A leading housing provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major high-rise refurbishment project in the Warwickshire area.

Our client are a well known Social Housing contractor looking for a Project Manager to join a trophy contract based in Warwickshire.
Description
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, providing visible leadership and ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project Leadership
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes using ASTA Powerproject.
- Lead the pre-construction process (PCSA) and coordinate all key disciplines to ensure a smooth transition into delivery.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with the social housing client and stakeholders.
Building & Fire Safety
- Apply knowledge of the Building Safety Act, ensuring compliance and championing a culture of safety.
- Prepare and oversee Construction Phase Plans and ensure safe on-site operations at all times.
Quality & Compliance
- Define and uphold project quality expectations.
- Maintain the Golden Thread of information throughout the project.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
Delivery & Handover
- Secure and manage resources to ensure timely, efficient project progression.
- Oversee handover processes, ensuring excellent customer and resident experience.
- Establish clear communication channels and accountability across the project team.
Profile
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- A background in property services, construction, retrofit or social housing projects.
- Experience managing high-rise or complex residential schemes.
- Knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts (beneficial).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to resident safety, quality delivery, and community impact.
