Role Purpose
The Sr Analyst IT Business is responsible for leading business process reviews and provide recommendations to ensure processes, systems and documentation meet changing business conditions and/or requirements. The Sr Analyst IT Business will gather business requirements, perform system and process analysis, design, support testing and prototyping for large cross functional complex projects. The Sr Analyst IT Business is a senior level individual contributor, who may provide guidance to other professionals for the overall successful completion of projects. The Sr Analyst IT Business contributes to the development of other professionals in their area.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for identifying and analyzing gaps between current processes and desired state and document processing requirements on cross functional and complex projects.
- Perform analysis of processes and software capabilities including system process analysis, design and prototyping, as well as develop alternative design solutions, advise on options, risks, costs and impact on other business processes and/or systems.
- Maintain expert knowledge of assigned systems, processes, and infrastructure.
- Maintain deep technical and architectural aspects of the product at points of interface with internal systems and processes.
- Responsible for collaborating with business partners to assist a delivery team to produce technical solutions to address complex business needs.
- Create and validate recommended test scripts and scenarios working with testing team for large cross functional complex projects.
- Create User Stories and Features to convey changes to a system or process.
Key Skills & Experiences
Education –
- Bachelor's in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
- SAFe PO/PM certification preferred
- SAFe Agilist certification preferred
Experience –
- Typically a minimum of 4+ years of progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes related to the position.
- Technical skills and Knowledge –
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis applications and a proficient understanding of organizational business systems and processes.
- Ability to understand highly complex technical problems and build cross functional solutions in relation to current and future business environments.
- Ability to strategically demonstrate analytical and conceptual skills needed to develop efficient and effective solutions for a variety of sized, complex business problems.
- Ability to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills to provide and explain technical information to business partners, vendors, and management.
- Ability to collaborate with Technical SMEs to deliver large cross functional complex projects and initiatives
- Ability to provide guidance to other business analysts to facilitate the successful completion of projects.
- Experience working in Agile or ideally, Scaled Agile Framework environments
- Demonstrated proficiency writing and presenting User Stories and Features, creating the right level of supporting artifacts to enable team understanding

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
