AG Kerr Carpentry and Construction is looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our expanding team. Based in East Grinstead, we’ve been delivering exceptional carpentry services to domestic clients across West Sussex and Surrey since 2001.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after experienced carpenters—especially those with a solid background in roof construction—who:

• Take genuine pride in their craftsmanship
• Are reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
• Enjoy working as part of a team but are confident working independently
• Value high standards and great customer service

What You’ll Need

• Your own van and full set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
• Proven roof construction experience
• Your UTR number (for CIS subcontracting)
• A strong work ethic and a professional attitude
