Applications Support Officer - Local Authority - Bristol
£194+ per day (negotiable depending on experience)
4-6 months initially - likely to be extended

About the role:
- This role will either be supporting the team running a variety of batch processing work such as revenues recovery or supporting in the implementation of new modules such as CA-SPA, Email Connect, Integration Hub.
- You will be responsible for day to day running of the Councils IT applications, this includes a helpdesk function; system upgrades; access, event and request fulfilment processes.
- Ensuring effective delivery of IT incidents/requests and their resolution, providing appropriate and timely updates minimising impact to customers and stakeholders.
What we need from you:
- This position is in the Revenues & Benefits Application Support team.
- Must have extensive knowledge of NEC Revenues application in particular the system administration functions such as batch scheduler and back ground parameters.
- Ideally have experience of using NEC Info@Work document management system and the Revenues Citizen Access products.
