Business Analyst - Financial Services / Banking

Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services or banking and hands-on experience in credit control processes. This role involves working on critical transformation projects, gathering requirements, and ensuring seamless delivery across complex financial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements for credit control and financial operations.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Produce high-quality artefacts including process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT and system testing phases, ensuring robust quality assurance.
• Work closely with project managers and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or banking.
• Strong understanding of credit control processes and financial operations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project lifecycle delivery
