We are currently advertising on behalf of a well-established Automotive Bodyshop who are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to assist their busy team in the Southall, Greater London area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Automotive Customer Service Background Required (Main Dealer, Bodyshop, Commercial - All Considered)

A working experience within this role or similar
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
Computer literate.Duties:

Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle.
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Liaise with Insurance CompaniesFor your hard work as a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor our client is offering a salary of £29,000.

The hours of work in this position are Monday To Friday Hours ONLY (40 Hour Week)!
