Your keen eye for detail will help identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from raising and tracking to daily updates, and maintain constant communication with factories to ensure timely and complete orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Stock and Sales Management: Accurately monitor and report on stock and sales, ensuring all data across various platforms is current.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Swiftly identify, investigate, and resolve any stock discrepancies.
• Purchase Order Administration: Handle all aspects of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Factory Coordination: Maintain regular communication with factories, tracking order statuses and addressing any issues.
• Cross-Department Communication: Keep all relevant departments informed of any issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Delivery Tracking: Monitor and update delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy in planned and actual docking dates.
• Additional Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks related to stocks and purchase orders.
