My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented L&D Consultant on a Contract basis.

The L&D Consultant will work directly with the Director of Organisational Capability to set the strategic vision and direction for the next phase of the Academy. The Academy has successfully delivered onboarding pathways for casework roles and is now poised to evolve into a comprehensive centre of excellence for casework upskilling, learning and development and talent management.

Salary: £75 - £100 per hour, Inside IR35*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

Develop a compelling, forward-looking vision for the Academy as the central hub for all learning, development, and talent management activity
Design a high-level strategy and roadmap for integrating upskilling, customer service, BAU L&D, and Talent Management pathways
Identify key priorities, success measures, and milestones
Prepare high-level presentations, strategy documents, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to set vision and strategy for large-scale learning or talent initiatives
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and conceptual skills
