Secondary Teaching Assistant - Buckinghamshire

£12-£16 per hour | Long‑term via agency | Potential permanent role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to support a successful secondary school in Buckinghamshire. This is a long‑term assignment through our agency, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities

Support students across KS3 & KS4
Provide 1:1 and small‑group learning support
Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
Contribute to SEN support where needed
Work closely with teaching staff to improve pupil outcomes

Requirements

Experience working with young people (school or similar environment)
Confident supporting learning in a secondary setting
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
