We are looking for a motivated Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner to assist a leading manufacturing company by providing practical safety support across multiple sites.

This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to safety initiatives, support site managers, and help promote a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner will include:

Assisting in the development and implementation of SHE procedures and policies
Supporting SHE activities and initiatives at different sites within the region
Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure safety standards are met
Carrying out incident investigations and helping to develop corrective actions
Providing support and advice to managers and employees on health and safety mattersThe successful Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner will have:

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
Experience in health and safety within a manufacturing or high-risk environment
Good communication skills and the ability to influence others
