As a result of substantial recent framework wins and industrial project awards, our client is now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. You will play a key role in delivering large-scale industrial and commercial schemes, with the opportunity to commercially lead one of their flagship developments.

Duties:

Lead cost planning, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and cost control across high‑value projects.

*

Administer contracts, negotiate variations, and manage final account settlements.

Oversee procurement and tendering—prepare bills of quantities, assess bids, and select subcontractors.

*

Produce cost reports and monthly financial updates (CVRs, value reconciliations, risk logs).

*

Mentor junior QS staff and collaborate with project teams to resolve commercial issues
