Supply Chain Administrator

37 hour per week (Monday - Friday)

£13 - £14 per hour (depending on experience)

As a Supply Chain Administrator on a temporary contract (minimum 3 months), you'll support procurement across production and non-production areas, handling materials, components, and services. The role involves managing orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and liaising with suppliers. You'll also assist with outsourced processes and work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for:

Raise and manage approved purchase orders using ERP systems

Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers to avoid delays

Prepare goods-in notifications for warehouse teams

Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier details

Resolve order and invoice issues with suppliers

Update inventory and shipment data

Support coordination between production, warehousing, and supply chain

Assist with internal stock transfers and monitor inventory across locations

Skills and experience required:

Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills

Confident using business systems (ERP experience is a bonus)

Accurate data entry and record-keeping abilities

Good communication skills across teams and departments

Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Attention to detail when handling documents and tracking orders

Willingness to learn and support purchasing/supply chain processes

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
