About The Role:

The Refrigeration Coordinator's responsibilities include general administrative tasks such preparing annual EPA and Greenchill data, gathering, documenting and preparing reports and financial data and various customer relations duties. The position requires strong analytical, basic Financial & Accounting tracking, as well as computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, analysts, and internal and external customers. The Refrigeration Project Coordinator reports to the Sr Manager of Refrigeration.

Responsibilities Include:

- Preparing and maintaining budget for Refrigeration Department with appropriate oversight.

- Basic Accountant and Financial Tracking.

- Prepare presentations creating and maintaining spreadsheets/reports as needed.

- Work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Review monthly accrual file and execute month end closing schedule.

- Create standard monthly reporting that will help team make intelligence procurement and repair decisions.

- Handle miscellaneous, standard and complex administrative requests.

- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquires.

- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

- Manage frequent interaction with internal and external customers.

- Answer phones calls from Operation Team Members and vendors, provide direction to resolve the task.

- Manage Contractors on minor repair and maintenance projects.

- Communicate with Independent Operators or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and coordinate requests for service or equipment.

- Other duties as required.

About You:

- Experience in general office responsibilities and procedures preferred.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Good writing, analytical, problem assessment, and problemsolving skills

- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

- Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping.

- Ability to work well alone and as part of the team.

- Ability to gather and monitor information.

- Requires attention to detail and accuracy.
