o you have experience supporting children with complex needs?We are recruiting two SEN Support Teaching Assistants for a specialist school setting, working with Year 1 pupils who have a range of complex learning and physical needs.

• Provide in-class support to ensure pupils can access learning

• Assist with personal care needs, including toileting and feeding as required

• Support children with complex medical or physical needs

• Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team to deliver individualised support

• Facilitate small group activities and interventions

• Experience working with children or young people with complex additional needs

• A calm, caring and patient approach

• Willingness to support with personal care

• Strong communication and teamworking skills

• School experience is not essential - backgrounds in care, youth work, or SEND settings are welcome
