Cover Receptionist Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently recruiting for a short term cover receptionist in Warrington. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking receptionist to join their team. This is initially a cover role for 2 weeks.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 16.30 and Friday 08.00 - 15.30

Daily responsibilities will include:

Welcome Visitors.
To provide effective and efficient administrative support
Identify requirements
Liaising with customers/clients face to face and on the phone.
To work along side the admin team to provide support.
Updating calendar and schedule meetings.
Ensure cleanliness.Requirements for the role
