RME Consultants are working with an organisation in the Oxford area to find an Administrator to join their team. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS OFFICE EXPERIENCE!

Role: Administrator

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours, fully office based

Contract: Permanent

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Main Duties for the Administrator:

* Maintain and update systems and records as needed.

* Prepare and share general reports and information.

* Support registration processes and manage related paperwork.

* Communicate with external contacts to resolve basic issues.

* Provide general administrative support to the team.

* Handle routine reception and communication tasks.

* Assist with preparing materials and managing supplies.

* Coordinate with partners and manage occasional orders.

* Support basic financial processes and help arrange logistics.

* Follow organisational procedures and assist with varied tasks as required.

Experience required for the Administrator:

* Previous office based experience

* Excellent communication skills

* Willingness to learn

* Hunger to succeed

* Team player

* Previous customer service experience
