A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Project Manager to join its Network Services - Delivery Unit. This pivotal role will involve end-to-end ownership of medium to large projects (up to £5m budget), focusing on security transformation within critical network infrastructure. You will lead virtual teams of up to 100 people, including third-party suppliers, and play a key part in requirements captured through your technical Business Analyst experience.

Essential Skills:

• Proven end-to-end project delivery experience (medium to large projects, <£5m) within a Gated Project Governance process.
• Must have technical / IT Business Analyst experience, with strong requirements elicitation and gathering skills.
• Excellent knowledge of network infrastructure (hardware, software, development), IT (identity and access), and security products/services.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholders up to Director level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for presentations and plan creation.
• Advocate and practitioner of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to proactively forecast and manage project costs (Opex and Capex).

This is a critical role within a fast-paced environment, driving significant change in network security.
