Our client are a leading accountancy firm based in the city of London. Their specialist teams provide a value adding service to numerous clients. They do this through providing in-depth knowledge from someone who understand their sector and can therefore give accurate and appropriate advice.
Your new role
They are looking for a hard-working, driven and friendly individual to join their office support team. This position has come about due to a promotion within the team. The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Document handling
- Current Filing
- Archive Filing
- Covering reception
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Catering/Kitchen duties
- Ad hoc administration duties
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates must possess the following:
- Experience within an office environment
- Hardworking attitude
- Ability to work proactively
- A good team ethic
- Strong organisation and administration skills
