We are supporting a National Housebuilder recruit to Sales Advisor positions across multiple locations in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire. Full details below:

Site locations

* Aylesbury

* Hemel Hempstead

* Leighton Buzzard

* Houghton Regis

* Hitchin (in the future)

Working weekly rota?

* Thursday to Monday, 1in4 weekends off (if you opt in)

Basic salary/OTE earning?

* Basic is between £30-34k

* OTE of between £55-60k

* Commission structure is 60% basic, 40% OTE but can overachieve on certain aspects (extra's capped though)

Plot commissions is paid monthly

* Exchanges

* Completions

* Extra's

Bonus's are paid quarterly

* Reservation bonus

* Customer care bonus

* Sales director discretional bonus

Commission on house extras sold but capped at £250 per plot

Other notes

* Majority of sites will be single manned

* Majority of sites are multi phase sites/developments which expect to see around 1 - 2 sales out of per week. This may change as we more sites up and running

* Kingsbrook, Brown and Merry are estate agent partners

* Sales progressor on each site
