AR566 -  Multi-Skilled HandymanLocation: MelkshamSalary: £28,000 - £32,000Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Handyman on behalf of one of our clients.The successful candidate will carry out electrical, plumbing and building fabric repairs across client sites. This is a Nationwide role, but most contracts and sites are in the Birmingham and M4/M3 corridor and London areas. Applicants will be required to travel to projects within the UK with overnight lodging provided when the project requires.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Carry out electrical, plumbing and building fabric repairs.
• To carry out all works in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operational effectiveness.
• Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
• To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation.
• To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all maintenance issues.
• Manage contractors where required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Multi-trade experience
• UK Driving Licence
