Microsoft Dynamics Engineer - SC Cleared

What you'll need to succeed

Are you looking to join as a key member of the Microsoft team? Are you looking to utilise Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, to deliver solutions in rapid and agile ways that will reduce burdens on staff, maximise the use of data and support decision-making? You will develop your own solutions and be expected to be innovative, but ensure compliance with the appropriate requirements for data protection and information security. As part of this role, you'll actively promote the use of M365 applications, helping the department make the most of the M365 applications that are available.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure new and existing services using Power Platform, Plug-Ins, and Dynamics 365
• Working with business and project teams to ensure solutions meet their needs
• Collaborate with designers and analysts to create and test prototypes with users
• Turn prototypes into detailed technical designs and use these to build digital services
• Ensure technical performance, security, and scalability, using toolkits and APIs
• Participate in testing and validation of solution designs, using automation where possible
• Align designs with strategic and architectural principles, working closely with enterprise architecture and data teams
• Maintain technical service roadmaps and monitor new Microsoft platform releases
• Provide 3rd line support for live digital services
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify solutions
• Assess impact of new Microsoft releases

Skills/Experience:

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft stack, including Power Platform, and Dynamics 365
• Experience in configuring/customising applications and building interfaces within Power platform and Microsoft Dynamics
• Problem-solving skills and ability to support other developers
• Experience with Azure platform and Azure DevOps
