NEW VACANCY: Our client is an international logistics provider based in Colnbrook and they are looking for a customer services person to join their team, the role is hands on and very varied, duties include:

• Updating customers on deliveries and collections
• Dealing with lost / missing shipments and resolving them
• Light warehouse work from time to time
• Handling key accounts and main customers
• Bookings with agents
• Liaising with warehouse and transport and warehouse staff
• Working in a team
• Answer incoming calls professionally

Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 18.00pm

EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR FREIGHT / LOGISTOICS / COURIER IS REQUIRED.
