Are you a qualified Nursery Nurse looking for a rewarding role in Newcastle? We are recruiting a passionate and dependable Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting.

About the Role

As a Nursery Nurse, you will:

Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5

Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS

Support children's learning and development through play-based experiences

Complete observations and maintain learning journeys

Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support progress

Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Full and Relevant - Essential)

Previous experience in a UK nursery or early years setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework

Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Confident communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
