Support Worker
Salary: £24,829 per annum

Hours: Full-time available
Driving: FULL UK manual driving licence required (held for a minimum of 2 years) - ability and willingness to drive a manual service vehicle is essential.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Tadley.

You'll be supporting both female and male adults with complex health needs and various learning disabilities, helping them live active, fulfilling lives in their home and local community.

What we're looking for:

Someone who is caring, patient, and adaptable

A person who enjoys getting involved in hobbies and interests - from creative arts to outdoor activities

*

Strong communication skills, including clear pronunciation, the ability to slow speech when needed, and using simple, accurate language to describe items and situations

*

A full UK manual driving licence held for at least 2 years, and confidence in driving a manual service vehicle
