The Role
As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of building materials using a HIAB crane. This role involves working with a professional team and representing the business while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
- Operating a HIAB crane to load and unload building materials
- Delivering goods to construction sites, businesses, and residential addresses
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring safe operation at all times
- Providing friendly and professional customer service on delivery
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- ALLMI HIAB ticket (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HIAB driving role
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices
- Good communication and customer service skills
Pay & Benefits
- £17.18 per hour (Monday-Friday)
- £25.77 per hour (Saturdays)
- £34.36 per hour (Sundays)
- Full-time, ongoing work
- Weekly pay
