Job Title: Unqualified TA / SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Salary: £106 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Unqualified TA / SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bolton on a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them achieve their full potential in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Support pupils with behavioural needs, helping them stay engaged and focused in the classroom.

Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement learning and behaviour strategies.

Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils' social and emotional development.

Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning materials where required.

Requirements:

Previous behavioural support experience working with children or young people.

Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs is highly desirable.

Must be a driver with access to a car due to location and potential travel requirements.

Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting young learners.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
