Ideal Candidate
• QTS and a degree-level qualification
• Recent EYFS classroom experience
• A proven track record of raising standards for all pupils, including underachieving groups
• Strong expertise in phonics and early reading
• Confidence in creating and leading engaging, outdoor learning experiences
• A genuine passion for early years education and developing others in the profession

You'll also bring a collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills to help maintain the school's strong community ties and nurturing environment.
