Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time) - Secondary Schools across Richmond

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team, working across a range of inclusive secondary schools in the Richmond area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to making a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN)

Supporting students' emotional and social development

Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons

Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in the classroom

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Passionate about education and supporting young people

Patient, empathetic, and reliable

Able to build strong relationships with students and staff

Proactive and eager to learn

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, but not essential - full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
