Senior Team Leader Overview

Here at First for Support we are working with our client in their search for a Senior Team Leader in Preston. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people and working in a children's home.

Senior Team Leader Requirements

* Minimum of 6 months experience working with children in a children's home

* Minimum of 12 months experience managing people to a high standard

* NVQ Level 3/4 Children and Young People (or equivalent / working towards)

Senior Team Leader Key Responsibilities

* Support the Manager with daily duties in the running of a registered children's home

* Be a key worker to young people

* Review and monitor all care plans

* Ensure that you demonstrate a commitment to the rights of young people with EBD and LD

* Ensure you always adhere to the policies and procedures of the home

* Be confident at leading a team following Ofsted standards
