Seasonal Position with the opportunity for full time permanent for the right candidate.

We're looking for a hard-working chef, who's used to a busy kitchen environment to join our team.
The job will include
* Prepping and cooking,
* maintaining stock levels
* as well as closing daily
* completing daily, weekly & monthly cleaning tasks.
We're a fast-paced, high volume kitchen doing a large percentage of our trade during school holidays and weekends where we can exceed 600 covers per day, so the successful candidate will be required to work a 5 day week, including weekend days
