Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £37,000-£42,000 (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Our client is a well-established engineering business operating within the electrical and mechanical services sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone technically minded, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment

*

Fault finding and technical troubleshooting

*

Root-cause analysis and problem resolution

*

Preventive and reactive maintenance

*

Electrical installations

*

Working on electric motors, pumps, and booster systems

*

Equipment servicing and repairs

*

Providing technical support where required

Skills & Experience Required:

*

Strong electrical knowledge

*

Mechanical maintenance experience

*

Experience with automation systems (desirable)

*

Confident using hand tools and repairing equipment

*

Logical and methodical mindset

*

Good communication skills

*

Strong timekeeping and reliability

*

Ability to work independently and within a team
