Block Manager- Southeast London- Mon- Fri- £30,000- £34,000 Job Title: Block ManagerSalary: £30,000- £34,000 + Comprehensive packageWorking Hours: Monday -Friday 09:00am- 17:00pm (1 day wfh and 4 day week available)My client, an award-winning residential managing agent that have done extremely well in the relatively short time that they have been operating are looking for a Block Manager to join the team in Southeast London. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio across a varying development size consisting of up to ~500 units. This is a great opportunity to gain more autonomy with a clear progression path! Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Full management of assigned portfolio
• Preparing and managing service charge budgets
• Managing planned maintenance
• Regular property visits
• Continuous improvement of portfolio

Must have:

• Block Management experience
• Familiarity with AGM's and Service Charge Budgets
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised and punctual
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• A keen problem solver
• Client facing
• Strong administration and excellent IT skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships
• Positive and encouraging attitude

Good to have but not essential:

• TPI Qualification
