Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking to join one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers? We're working on behalf of a prestigious FM company to recruit a Fabric Engineer for a high-end residential portfolio in the heart of Victoria, London.

The Role:
As part of an established engineering team of 10+, you'll play a key role in maintaining the communal areas of luxury apartments and houses. This is a static site role offering a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule and excellent long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the site.

*

Fire door inspections, maintenance, and repairs - experience with fire doors is highly desirable.

*

General repairs including carpentry, patchwork, tiling, and joinery.

*

Painting, decorating, and minor cosmetic works.

*

Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar fabric/building maintenance role.

*

Strong knowledge of fire doors, including compliance and repairs.

*

Skilled in general handyman tasks, painting & decorating, and carpentry.

*

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, professional attitude.

*

Ability to work as part of a team in a customer-facing environment.
